The full brogue means that it has a wing tip or wing cap and the Gibson means that the quarter (back) is stichted over the vamp (front) thus creating an open throat in contrast with the Oxford.
Broguing on a shoe gives the leather extra and was originally used on Irish working shoes and only later becoming a fashion detail on city shoes.
Mockingbird is made on the TL3 last giving it a more contemporary feel as opposed to the usual almond toe lasts.
