We don't have pages of terms and conditions drafted by lawyers. Every retailer in the UK is bound by government regulations and every consumer has statutory rights and we stick by them of course. We would far rather that you just get in touch with us and let us sort out any problems you may have. After all, we want you to buy from us again and to tell all your friends what nice people we are.

Notwithstanding the above, there will be times when the shoe that you have ordered is out of stock. If so, we'll let you know immediately and give you a reasonable estimate of when you can expect it to arrive. You are of course free to choose an alternative if you don't want to wait, or to cancel your order. Provided the shoe you order is in stock, we try to get it packed up and on its way to you as fast as possible. We use UPS to ship all packages to you so we hope that they will arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
